Calender 2021.
The idea was to design a desk calendar for the year 2021, keeping a theme in mind. The theme taken was “ Food of the month “, the calendar was developed in InDesign by using all the required tools.
Objective.
Every year, the National Institute of Fashion Technology releases an annual Diary kit, which showcases creative designs and illustrations that represent the prestigious NIFT brand. The Diary kit has become an essential part of NIFT's visual identity.
To further promote creativity and involvement, NIFT has been urging its students and alumni to participate in the yearly Diary kit design contest.

Theme Selection.
The final theme selected was “ FOOD of the Month “, it comprises of all the fruits and vegetable harvested in a every month.
Concept Note
“ To eat is necessity, but to eat intelligently is an art.” Everyday there is a thought what to eat today. This is a common thought which crosses everyone's mind at least once in a day. The concept of this calendar is to talk about food. All the qoutes related to food. Each and every month is associated with some kind of food which is the speciality of that month. The whole concept is to make people aware of the food available in each month and the vitamins and minerals we get from them. This is a story of a bunny who loves travelling and tastes different food items in each month.
Illustrations.
A new illustration style was created by combining and incorporating four to five diverse illustration styles. The resulting illustration portrays the story of a food-loving bunny who enjoys traveling. Initially, the sketch was hand-drawn, and subsequently, it was refined using Photoshop.
Page Architecture.
After the finalisation of illustration style, page architecture is finalised, 10-15 different page layout was practiced to finalise a single one.
